β
Maybe you're constantly researching.
Filling in forms.
Talking to school.
Waiting for appointments.
Trying to work out what your child needs.
Explaining them to people who don't really seem to understand.
Managing everybody else's emotions.
Wondering whether you're pushing too much or not enough.
Listening to professionals, family, partners, ex-partners, teachers, the internet and that particularly unhelpful committee meeting happening inside your own head at 3am.
And you're bloody exhausted.
Not because you don't love your child.
Not because you're failing.
But because you've been carrying so much for so long that you can barely hear yourself underneath it anymore.
The Wilder Life is somewhere to put some of it down.
A four-week small-group coaching experience for mothers whose children are struggling β and who need somewhere they get to matter too.
We begin 5 October.
10 founding places only.
Β£133 or 2 monthly payments of Β£66.50
You've probably got enough of those already.
I don't want to give you another parenting manual.
I don't want to hand you another list of things you're supposed to be doing.
And I'm definitely not going to pretend I know your child better than you do.
I want to help you hear yourself again.
Because underneath all the worry, advice, appointments, expectations and noise is a woman who knows far more than she gives herself credit for.
A woman who knows her child.
A woman who has instincts.
Preferences.
Needs.
Boundaries.
Ideas.
A bloody personality.
Maybe you've just become so used to looking after everyone else that you haven't had much room to hear her lately.
That's where we begin.
What could change in four weeks?
I'm not going to promise you'll finish The Wilder Life with every problem solved.
Your child's circumstances may still be complicated.
There may still be appointments.
There may still be uncertainty.
There may still be people who don't understand.
This isn't four weeks to create a perfect life.
It's four weeks to start changing the way you stand inside the life you've actually got.
You might begin noticing when everybody else's opinion has become louder than your own.
You might stop assuming that everyone else's expertise means you have to ignore what you know about your own child.
You might become clearer about what you actually need.
You might make a decision without asking five people whether you're allowed to make it.
You might say no.
Ask for help.
Book the appointment for yourself.
Wear the thing.
Go somewhere because you want to.
Remember something you used to love.
Take one tiny piece of your life back.
Not because your child suddenly needs you less.
Because you finally remember that you are allowed to exist here too.

W β Wake Up Notice the rules, expectations, roles and patterns you've been living inside, including the ones you never consciously chose.
β
β
I β Inner Authority Start separating everybody else's voice from your own and strengthening your ability to trust what you know.
β
β
L β Live Differently Explore choices that actually fit your child, your family, your values and your real life, rather than what you're apparently βsupposedβ to do.
β
D β Dare Experiment. Speak. Ask. Say no. Say yes. Take up a little more room. Try something differently.
β
E β Embody It Because knowing all this intellectually isn't the same as living it when school emails, somebody has a meltdown and Tuesday goes completely tits-up.
β
R β Reclaim Your voice. Your choices. Your time. Your identity. Your life!
You don't need to do all of that perfectly in four weeks.
THIS IS WHERE WE BEGIN
β
β
β
What happens inside?
β
For four weeks, you'll be part of a small founding group of mothers who understand what it's like when family life doesn't fit the bloody manual.
A live group coaching session every week
β
A place to bring what's actually happening the thoughts, decisions, wobbles, frustration and βLizz, what the fΓ»Δk do I do with THIS?β moments.
The private Wilder Life Facebook group
β
Somewhere to continue the conversation, connect with the other women and realise that perhaps you're not the only one thinking half the things you've been thinking.
Enough to help you go deeper between sessions without giving you another enormous pile of homework to feel guilty about.
I'm not here to create ten miniature versions of me. I'm here to help ten women become more willing to trust themselves.
β
β
This founding cohort is capped at 10 women because I want enough space for actual conversation, connection and coaching.
β
β

π² You're exhausted by everybody having an opinion.

If your child is struggling and you're struggling alongside them, you're welcome here.

A little bit about me
β
I created The Wilder Life because I know what it is to question the rules you've been handed.
I've lived parenting, advocacy, home education and the experience of making choices that don't necessarily look like everybody else's.
And through coaching women, I've seen what can happen when somebody stops assuming that all authority lives outside them.
I don't believe my job is to tell you how to live.
β
I believe my job is to ask bloody good questions, notice what's underneath the noise, hold space for the things you haven't been able to say elsewhere, and help you hear what you actually think.
You don't need another guru.
You need somewhere you can take the armour off for a minute.
That's what I want The Wilder Life to be.
β
Four weeks of group coaching, reflection, conversation, connection and beginning to come back to yourself.

Does my child need to be neurodivergent or disabled?
Nope. Your child simply needs to be going through something that is having a significant impact on you and family life.
It also doesn't matter if your child is 2 or 42.
Are you going to tell me how to parent?
No. This isn't a parenting-instruction programme. We'll talk about your real circumstances, but the work is about helping you untangle what's happening, strengthen your own judgement and work out what fits your family.
What if I can't attend live?
Each group coaching session will be recorded so you're welcome to watch them on catch up.
What if I'm a complete mess when I arrive?
Good news: there is no entry requirement involving having your shit together.
Bring the mess.
Will four weeks fix everything?
No and I'm not going to sell it to you that way.
Four weeks gives us somewhere to begin: to untangle, question, reconnect, experiment and start putting you back into the picture. This work is a spiral.
Your child's struggle matters.
And so do you.
You don't have to wait until everything is fixed.
You don't have to earn the right to take up space.
You don't need to know exactly what you want your life to look like next.
You can start with:
βI can't keep doing it like this.β
We'll start there.

The Wilder Life begins 5 October.
